This is a digital-only service. No physical goods are provided.
2. Subscription & billing
- Subscription price: £17.99 per month, or another price clearly shown to you at the point of signup.
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled before the next billing date.
By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until cancellation.
3. Access
- Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
- Access is provided exclusively to the subscribing individual.
- Accounts are non-transferable.
- Sharing login access, Telegram links, or content with non-subscribers is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to revoke access if these terms are violated.
4. Refunds & cancellations
Subscription cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will prevent future charges, but does not affect access already granted for the current billing period.
Subscriptions can be cancelled through:
- Stripe Customer Portal: billing.stripe.com/p/login/28EdR81VU3HWegVehkbV600
- The Telegram Membership Bot
It is the subscriber's responsibility to cancel before the renewal date.
Refund policy. Due to the digital nature of the service and immediate access to content and community features, all sales are final. Refunds are not provided once access has been granted, including but not limited to:
- Failure to cancel before renewal
- Lack of use or participation
- Change of mind
- Removal due to rule violations
- Dissatisfaction with content expectations
Any refund issued is exceptional, not guaranteed, and granted solely at the discretion of Haramie Centre.
Chargebacks & payment disputes. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in:
- Immediate termination of access
- Permanent removal from the community
- Restriction from future services
We strongly encourage subscribers to contact support so billing concerns can be resolved fairly and efficiently.
5. User conduct
Subscribers agree to:
- Use the service respectfully and lawfully
- Not harass, spam, or abuse other members
- Not promote illegal activity within the community
- Not share, redistribute, resell, or reproduce any content
Violation of these rules may result in removal without refund.
